S4 Social Studies (New Syllabus)

The objective of our 9-hour intensive Social Studies hothouse is to equip students with practical examination skills to answer both Structured Response Questions (SRQs) and Source-Based Questions (SBQs). In addition, the hothouse will help better performing students find the final missing piece of the puzzle to achieve distinctions in the upcoming 'O' Level Examinations, and weaker students to level up to the next grade (or two). Students will be taught to provide answers that will strategically improve their scores in the exam paper.

In the last Hothouse of 2019, we will tackle questions that are likely to surface in the exams and review the skills necessary to ace these questions.

*Our Social Studies classes are highly popular. Do sign up quickly to avoid disappointment as seats are very limited!

S4/S5 Pure Geography

This is a 4-day intensive Pure Geography hothouse, designed to equip students with practical examination skills to answer Data Response Questions (DRQs) and structured/essay questions in the 'O' Level Pure Geography paper. More importantly the workshop is targeted at helping students achieve the desired distinction in the 'O' Level examinations. Through the workshop, students will be able to provide answers that will strategically improve their scores in the examination.

As the Pure Geography exam consists of two papers - Paper 1 and Paper 2, each 3-hour session will be focused on one paper. Students will be given questions from past year papers to hone their examination skills. Such essential practices will enable students to fine-tune their techniques in giving clear and concise answers to maximise the number of marks they can achieve in each section.

In the last Hothouse of 2019, we will tackle questions that are likely to surface in the exams and review the skills necessary to ace these questions.

S4/S5 Elective Geography

This special intensive Elective Geography hothouse is designed to equip students with practical examination skills to answer Data Response Questions (DRQs) and structured/essay questions in the 'O' Level Elective Geography paper. Through the hothouse, students will be able to provide answers that will strategically improve their scores in the examination.

The hothouse will be divided into 3 sessions, each lasting 3 hours to focus solely on each section of the examination paper.
